How it all started...
Ann’s Janitorial Services Inc. was established by Norma Ann Kendall accompanied by daughters Shawndell Richards, Petal Dellisanti and later Jermaine Kendall in October of 2004 in Pembroke Pines, Florida with $300, one bottle of Joy Soap, one bottle of glass cleaner, 3 mops, 3 brooms, 3 buckets, and rags, all from the dollar store.
What started with 3 employees is now a multi-state operation with over 32 staff members, not counting construction employees.
